The Affix "Meadowfair" was the name of my parents' house, where I and my horses
lived.
My parents had always had Border Collies and one day my mother had a bright idea
and thought it would be nice to try agility and I got nominated.
After a while I decided that this was not what I wanted to do.
When I started working for Penny Evans and Dave Jenkins (Bedingfield Poodles) I
got my first introduction to poodles (what a shock) and
I was soon hooked and purchased my first brown miniature dog "Bedingfield’s Yogi
Bear".
I then bought a black miniature bitch "Karamugis Little Hooligan" from their
daughter Kim and
partner Graham (Karamugi Poodles), It was with these two that I started
"Meadowfair Poodles".
